| Visual
3270 for Java (Requires JDK 1.4.1) |
| |
A
100% J2SE JavaBean for JBuilder.
For use in applications that require TN3270 Screen Scraping technologies. |
| JEmulatorSSL.exe
Version 1.2 (Requires JDK 1.3 with JSSE or higher to use SSL) |
| |
This is a packaged
single click "exe" for Windows. It utilizes Duckware's
shareware program. We do not resell duckware and as such you will
receive an unlicensed message dialog when you double click on the
JEmulatorSSL.exe file. If you're interested in a site license for
JEmulatorSSL, then also consider purchasing duckware's
java2exe file then place our TestingSSLv1.jar file into the same
directory as the "java2exe" file and type the following
into your DOS prompt:
java2exe /w /v /main:testingsslv1.Application /minver:1.2 /out:JEmulatorSSL.exe
/jar:\TestingSSLv1.jar *.jar |
TestingSSLv1.jar 1.2 for Windows, Linux
Red Hat, & Mac X |
|
|
| |
This
is the "Test" application for your use and is used primarily
for evaluation. It does not utilize Cut, Copy, & Paste, but
other than that, it is a fully working Java2 Emulator with SSL using
JSSE. This file usually requires the end user to start it using
an MS-DOS or Terminal command line. If you are not familiar with
Java command line utilities, call us today and we will guide you
through. If you are familiar, then place the TestingSSLv1.jar file
in a directory location that you can get to quickly with an MS-DOS
or Terminal prompt. In this directory create a ".bat"
file. This file must have the following as the first line:
Windows & Mac OS X: java
-classpath TestingSSLv1.jar testingsslv1.Application1 Linux
Red Hat 7.0+ (save into same directory as Sun's java application):
./java -classpath TestingSSLv1.jar testingsslv1.Application1
For those
who want to download the Windows ".bat" file, you can
get get it here, just make sure
you place this file and the TestingSSLv1.jar file in the same
directory. Then just double click on the JEmulatorSSL.bat file
to start up the JEmulatorSSL java application. You should make
sure that windows did not add a ".zip" extension or
other extension that is associated with jar files. Make sure the
extension is ".jar" not something like ".jar.zip"
or else your application will fail. Also, if you can't connect
in SSL you will get an "Error IO: Could Not.." message
in the connect status bar. This means you don't have the JSSE
with JDK files. You can get them at java.sun.com. |
JEmulatorMAC "Lite"
(the MAC OS X version as a StuffIt .sit file) |
| |
This
3270 emulator is only available for MAC OS X and more specifically
MAC OS 10.1.3 for best results. For those interested in SSL for
Mac using Java Secure Sockets Extension (JSSE) then this is the
emulator for you. It was built using MRJAppBuilder and is a single
click application. This is freely available for your use, should
you have suggestions or would inquire into an Enterprise Product
rather than the "Lite" version then please call or email
us today! You may alternatively download the TestingSSLv1.jar
file and use it from your OS X Terminal command line:
[localhost:~] java -classpath TestingSSLv1.jar
testingsslv1.Application1
Please note
that on most UNIX machines, case sensitivity is critical and should
be followed exactly as displayed.
